Apperance: A clouded straw colored beer. A off-white head with small lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of apple vinegar, leather and stable. (4.75)
Taste: Tasting sweet, fruits, bitter seeds and leather. (4.75)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a fresh texture. A medium body with a very dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: Beautiful, raw, funky, sour. (4.75)
