Old Peculier

Apperance: The beer is brown with some red hints, a small beige head leaving nolacing but some drapes. (3)
Aroma: A weak smell of yeast and old cheese. Some raisins as well. (2.5)
Taste: The taste is sweet from dried fuits, raisins and dates, a mixture of sherry and vinegar is felt. (3.5)
Palate: A weak carbonation, soft and fairly complex. (3.5)
Overall: Despite the smell that at first put me off this was a rather pleasant sipping beer. (3.5)
