Apperance: A clear chestnut colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of molasses, apple, resin and grass. (3)
Taste: Tasting bread, apple, grass and peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Rather balanced, a bit on the hoppy side. (3.5)
