Vintage Ale

Apperance: Pours in a light copper amber tone, a large off-white head that settle's slowly leaving good lacing. The beer has curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is full of sweet dried fruits, raisins, dates, marzipan and vinous sherry-like tones. (4.5)
Taste: The taste has sweet raw sugar tones upfront, some dried fruits but also fruity acidity, rhubarbs and much bitter lemon peel. (3.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, smooth and syrup-like, a very dry finish. (4)
Overall: Slightly tilting to the bitter side, a few years storage should give more balance. (4)
