Apperance: The beer is clear brown with a hint of red, the head is off-white leaving little lacing but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is ripe, sweet fruits, figs, dates and apples, some vinous notes. (3.5)
Taste: The taste is sweet, very sweet, dried fruits, raisins, oranges, apricots, some grassy bitterness, cocoa beans and bitter orange peel. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, soft and oily feeling, a complex body finished of with an alcoholic warmth. (3.5)
Overall: After dinner with a ripe cheese, or alone. (4)
